Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the equipment remains protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
